IC 117 is a Star in the Cetus constellation. IC 117 is situated close to the celestial equator and, as such, it is at least partly visible from both hemispheres in certain times of the year. Given its visual magnitude of 10.54, IC 117 is visible with the help of a telescope having an aperture of 6 inches (150mm) or more.
