IC 1987 NED01 is a Galaxy in the Reticulum constellation. IC 1987 NED01 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its B magnitude of 16.5, IC 1987 NED01 is visible only through long exposure photography.
