IC 4604 is a Nebula in the Ophiuchus constellation. IC 4604 is situated close to the celestial equator and, as such, it is at least partly visible from both hemispheres in certain times of the year. Given its B magnitude of 5.1, IC 4604 is barely visible to the naked eye, easily visible with the help of a small binocular.

The image below is a photograph of IC 4604 from the Digitized Sky Survey 2 (DSS2 - see the credits section) taken in the red channel. The area of sky represented in the image is 2.0000x2.0000 degrees (120.00x120.00 arcmins).
