NGC 2965 is a Lenticular Galaxy in the Leo Minor constellation. NGC 2965 is situated north of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the northern hemisphere. Given its visual magnitude of 16.38, NGC 2965 is visible only through long exposure photography.
