NGC 5986 is a Globular Cluster in the Lupus constellation. NGC 5986 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its visual magnitude of 6.92, NGC 5986 is visible with the help of a small binocular.
