HR1416 is a giant star of spectral class K4 in the constellation of Reticulum.

HR1416 visual magnitude is 5.94. Because of its faintness, HR1416 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
