HR2028 is a variable bright giant star of spectral class M1 in the constellation of Auriga.

HR2028 visual magnitude is 5.98. Because of its faintness, HR2028 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
