HR6639 is a hypergiant star of spectral class K0 in the constellation of Ophiuchus.

HR6639 visual magnitude is 6.47. Because of its faintness, HR6639 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
