HR8408 is a variable sub-giant star of spectral class B4 in the constellation of Piscis Austrinus.

HR8408 visual magnitude is 5.96. Because of its faintness, HR8408 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
