θ Cancri is a variable and multiple giant star of spectral class K5 in the constellation of Cancer.

θ Cancri visual magnitude is 5.35. Because of its faintness, θ Cancri is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
