IC 1917 - Lenticular Galaxy in Horologium

IC 1917 is a Lenticular Galaxy in the Horologium constellation. IC 1917 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its B magnitude of 15.99, IC 1917 is visible only through long exposure photography.
