IC 4261 - Lenticular Galaxy in Hydra
IC 4261 is a Lenticular Galaxy in the Hydra constellation. IC 4261 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere.

Given its B magnitude of 14.52, IC 4261 is visible with the help of a telescope having an aperture of 20 inches (500mm) or more.
