NGC 1184 is a Lenticular Galaxy in the Cepheus constellation. NGC 1184 is situated close to the northern celestial pole and, as such, it is visible for most part of the year from the northern hemisphere. Given its visual magnitude of 12.19, NGC 1184 is visible with the help of a telescope having an aperture of 8 inches (200mm) or more.
