NGC 2282 - HII Ionized region in Monoceros
NGC 2282 is a HII Ionized region in the Monoceros constellation. NGC 2282 is situated close to the celestial equator and, as such, it is at least partly visible from both hemispheres in certain times of the year.
- NGC 2282 is above the horizon from Greenwich, United Kingdom . Its current altitude is 39° above the horizon. See also rise and set times.
- Given its B magnitude of 10, NGC 2282 is visible with the help of a binocular with a 80mm aperture or a small telescope.
