NGC 2539 is a Open Cluster in the Puppis constellation. NGC 2539 is situated close to the celestial equator and, as such, it is at least partly visible from both hemispheres in certain times of the year. Given its visual magnitude of 6.5, NGC 2539 is visible with the help of a small binocular.
