NGC 6396 - Open Cluster in Scorpius
NGC 6396 is a Open Cluster in the Scorpius constellation. NGC 6396 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its visual magnitude of 8.5, NGC 6396 is visible with the help of a binocular with a 60-70mm aperture or a small telescope.
