13 Comae Berenices visual magnitude is 5.18. Because of its faintness, 13 Comae Berenices is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.

13 Comae Berenices is situated north of the celestial equator, as such, it is more easily visible from the northern hemisphere.
