γ2 Caeli is a variable giant star of spectral class F1 in the constellation of Caelum.

γ2 Caeli visual magnitude is 6.34. Because of its faintness, γ2 Caeli is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
