HR2288 is a variable main-sequence star of spectral class B1 in the constellation of Columba.

HR2288 visual magnitude is 5.53. Because of its faintness, HR2288 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
