HR2779 is a main-sequence star of spectral class F8 in the constellation of Canis Minor.

HR2779 visual magnitude is 5.91. Because of its faintness, HR2779 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
