IC 301 - Elliptical Galaxy in Perseus
IC 301 is a Elliptical Galaxy in the Perseus constellation. IC 301 is situated north of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the northern hemisphere.
- IC 301 is above the horizon from Greenwich, United Kingdom [change]. Its current altitude is 11° above the horizon. See also rise and set times.
- Given its B magnitude of 15.2, IC 301 is visible with the help of a telescope havng an aperture of 20 inches (500mm) or more.
