IC 4477 - Barred Spiral Galaxy in Boötes
IC 4477 is a Barred Spiral Galaxy in the Boötes constellation. IC 4477 is situated north of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the northern hemisphere. Given its B magnitude of 15.5, IC 4477 is visible only through long exposure photography.
