4 Cephei is a main-sequence star of spectral class A8 in the constellation of Cepheus.

4 Cephei visual magnitude is 5.58. Because of its faintness, 4 Cephei is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
