5 Lyncis is a multiple giant star of spectral class K4 in the constellation of Lynx.

5 Lyncis visual magnitude is 5.21. Because of its faintness, 5 Lyncis is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
