8 Lyncis is a multiple sub-giant star of spectral class G8 in the constellation of Lynx.

8 Lyncis visual magnitude is 5.94. Because of its faintness, 8 Lyncis is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
