HR8380 is a double giant star of spectral class F3 in the constellation of Octans.

HR8380 visual magnitude is 5.95. Because of its faintness, HR8380 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
