IC 1644 - HII Ionized region in Tucana
IC 1644 is a HII Ionized region in the Tucana constellation. IC 1644 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its visual magnitude of 11.7, IC 1644 is visible with the help of a telescope having an aperture of 8 inches (200mm) or more.
