IC 2079 - Spiral Galaxy in Dorado
IC 2079 is a Spiral Galaxy in the Dorado constellation. IC 2079 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its B magnitude of 14.81, IC 2079 is visible with the help of a telescope having an aperture of 20 inches (500mm) or more.
