NGC 1500 - Elliptical Galaxy in Dorado
NGC 1500 is a Elliptical Galaxy in the Dorado constellation. NGC 1500 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its B magnitude of 14.44, NGC 1500 is visible with the help of a telescope having an aperture of 14 inches (350mm) or more.
