NGC 1970 - Open Cluster in Dorado
NGC 1970 is a Open Cluster in the Dorado constellation. NGC 1970 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its visual magnitude of 10.28, NGC 1970 is visible with the help of a binocular with a 80mm aperture or a small telescope.
