NGC 3136 - Elliptical Galaxy in Carina
NGC 3136 is a Elliptical Galaxy in the Carina constellation. NGC 3136 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its visual magnitude of 11, NGC 3136 is visible with the help of a telescope having an aperture of 6 inches (150mm) or more.
