NGC 3136A is a Irregular Galaxy in the Carina constellation. NGC 3136A is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its B magnitude of 15.6, NGC 3136A is visible only through long exposure photography.
