HR1461 is a giant star of spectral class K3 in the constellation of Eridanus.

HR1461 visual magnitude is 6.13. Because of its faintness, HR1461 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
