HR3444 is a variable hypergiant star of spectral class M0 in the constellation of Vela.

HR3444 visual magnitude is 5.71. Because of its faintness, HR3444 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
