HR4800 is a variable giant star of spectral class M4 in the constellation of Ursa Major.

HR4800 visual magnitude is 5.5. Because of its faintness, HR4800 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
