HR4840 is a variable hypergiant star of spectral class K0 in the constellation of Ursa Major.

HR4840 visual magnitude is 6.38. Because of its faintness, HR4840 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
