HR8248 is a variable supergiant star of spectral class K1 in the constellation of Cygnus.

HR8248 visual magnitude is 6.25. Because of its faintness, HR8248 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
