ρ Aquarii is a giant star of spectral class B8 in the constellation of Aquarius.

ρ Aquarii visual magnitude is 5.37. Because of its faintness, ρ Aquarii is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
