IC 4379 - Spiral Galaxy in Centaurus
IC 4379 is a Spiral Galaxy in the Centaurus constellation. IC 4379 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its B magnitude of 15.51, IC 4379 is visible only through long exposure photography.
