IC 4387 - Intermediate Spiral(SABm) Galaxy in Centaurus
IC 4387 is a Intermediate Spiral(SABm) Galaxy in the Centaurus constellation. IC 4387 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its B magnitude of 14.9, IC 4387 is visible with the help of a telescope having an aperture of 20 inches (500mm) or more.
