HR2305 is a giant star of spectral class K3 in the constellation of Canis Major.

HR2305 visual magnitude is 5.22. Because of its faintness, HR2305 is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
