HR2812 is a sub-giant star of spectral class B7 in the constellation of Canis Major.

HR2812 visual magnitude is 4.96. Because of its moderate brightness, HR2812 is easily visible to the naked eye from locations with dark skies, while it might be barely visible, or not visible at all, from light-polluted skies.
