NGC 2686A is a Elliptical Galaxy in the Ursa Major constellation. NGC 2686A is situated north of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the northern hemisphere. Given its visual magnitude of 17.12, NGC 2686A is visible only through long exposure photography.
